🔒 Before You Begin

• Have an active eCitizen account.
• Have activated NTSA services on my eCitizen account.
• Have the original logbook in my name.
• Have a clear, colored PDF scan of the logbook ready to upload.

📝 While Filling the Transfer

• Select Motor Vehicle > Vehicle Transfer under NTSA services
• Select the correct vehicle from my registered list.
• Enter the correct buyer details (ID number, phone number, and ownership type).
• Chose the correct ownership type (Individual, Joint, or Financier).
• Uploaded a clear, valid logbook scan (not defaced or blurred).

💳 Payment

• Confirm the engine capacity of the car.
• Pay the correct transfer fee according to the fee schedule.

🔔 After Submission

• The buyer is informed that the transfer request has been sent
• Remind the buyer to accept the transfer within the portal.

✅ Acceptance

• Tick the declaration box confirming accuracy.
• Accept the transfer request through the NTSA portal.
• You will received a confirmation of successful transfer.
